Named after Ian Fleming’s 1964 novel You Only Live Twice featuring the British secret service agent James Bond which was then made into a Hollywood movie in 1967, this solid state electronic (SS) machine features 3 flippers, 2 pop bumpers, 2 slingshots, 3 standup targets, 2 vertical up-kickers, 1 3-bank drop target, 1 kick-out hole, 1 spinning target, 1 aerial target, 1 diverter, 1 magnet, 1 scoop, up-post in right inlane, action button on lockdown bar and multiball. Has a pivoting arm that moves the ball captured by a magnet across the upper playfield to drop onto an aerial target. Has powder-coated black wrinkle-finish side armor, hinges, front lockdown molding and legs. It also has a powder-coated steel bottom arch. A translite is used instead of a backglass. It has 6 pinballs installed. Toys include rocky and gantry, James Bond figurine with jetpack, Aston Martin DB5 miniature automobile, James Bond and diver figurines in scuba gear and a miniature tank.
